2013 was the singuhr — hoergalerie’s final exhibition year in the historic water reservoirs in Prenzlauer Berg. On 1 June 2014, the »singuhr on paper« exhibition brings the sound gallery project to an end. On the same day, the singuhr launches a new initiative. In future, new conceptual as well as spatial formats will be developed under the title »singuhr — projects«, with a dedicated exhibition space no longer being used. The activities for the first year encompass a large-scale »Stadtmusik« event in the public arena and a project residency inviting a sound artist to Berlin to work on an exhibition project that will be presented in Kunsthaus Meinblau.
