Die Parochialkirche in Berlin Mitte wird für einen Monat zum Experimentierfeld für Kunst zwischen Raum, Musik und Bild - eine Folge aktueller elektroakustischer Musik mit einem exklusiven internationalen Lineup. SUITE IN PAROCHIAL besteht aus drei Programm-Modulen: Die interaktive Klanginstallation "atlantic wave terminals" verbindet Glockenraum und Turmsaal. Ihre Klänge bewegen sich zeitgleich in und zwischen den Räumen. Der Hörraum "soirée Électronique" verfolgt die Geschichte elektroakustischer Musik des 20. und 21. Jahrhunderts. Entlang unterschiedlicher Aspekte der Kategorie Klang sind historisch einmalige Aufnahmen zu hören. In den Konzertperformances der "suite nuit" kollaborieren Klangkünstler, Musiker und Videokünstler. Auf künstlerischen Podien ist man sich selten oder niemals zuvor begegnet. Ergebnis sind gemeinsame Kompositionen aus den Bild- und Klangräumen dieser Künstler, die sich zuvor solistisch vorstellen.

For one month Parochial Church of Berlin Mitte becomes an experimental area in arts of space, music and vision - a progression of electro-acoustical music with an exclusive international lineup. SUITE IN PAROCHIAL consists of three modules: The interactice installation "atlantic wave terminals" connects rooms up in the belltower. Its sounds move inside and between the chambers. The listening room "soirée Électronique" traces history of electro-acoustical music from the 20th to the 21st century. Along different facets of sound you will enjoy historically unique recordings. At the concert performances of "suite nuit" sound artists, musicians and video artists collaborate. Until now they have met seldom or never on artistic platforms. There will result mutual compositions merging the visual and acoustical spaces created by these artists, which introduce themselves as solists before acting together.
