The exhibition of Gordon Monahan is part of a retrospective touring exhibition organized by the Robert McLaughlin Gallery of Oshawa, Ontario, Canada and supported by a grant from the Museums Assistance Program of the Department of Canadian Heritage. The touring exhibition is accompanied by the publication of a book entitled Gordon Monahan – Seeing Sound: Sound Art, Performance, and Music, 1978-2011, edited by Linda Jansma and Carsten Seiffarth. Artist's travel supported by the Canada Council for the Arts.
